Love Your Life @ Lincoln Library is back!

These sessions were so successful last year we’re continuing the programme with two new sessions in March.

Mindfulness for Families

Tuesday 20 March 2018, 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm

What is mindfulness and how can it help you manage anxiety?

In this free one hour workshop Neave Ross-Wallace will provide an introduction to mindfulness and how it can activate the body's relaxation system. Neave will explain how mindfulness can be used as a tool for parents to support themselves, and their children when dealing with anxiety in the family and beyond.

A qualified mindfulness trainer with experience in early childhood education, family counselling, and parent mentoring, Neave is passionate about sharing the benefits of mindfulness with you.

Come along to this free session and take home some new skills to help you and your family live more fully in the moment.

Free, but bookings essential.
