Services
You can use Libraries to read and borrow many types of material (books, magazines, newspapers, CDs, videos, DVDs, picture books, graphic novels, jigsaws... ... and each Library (except the Mobile) also operates as a Council Service Centre where you can do simple transactions such as registrations, paying rates and lodging Council related mail and applications.
