Most items are free to borrow and issued for 4 weeks.
Exceptions are:

| Adult Talking Books | $2 for 4 weeks (no charge for sight impaired borrowers) |
| Adult Videos & DVDs | $2 for 1 week |
| Children's Videos & DVDs | $1 for 1 week |
| Information Videos $ DVDs | Free |
| Overdue items | Adults - $2 per week per item |

| Reservations | Adults - $1.50 per item |
